OUR PROCESS … Involves an integrated continuum (that we call a Mentorship), that focuses on Job/Task/Craft/Trade Skill orientation, development, and performance mastery; promotes workplace orientation, and workforce entry skills.

Through the managed integration of contemporary media, years of training (mentoring experience on the part of our staff) and modern technology, we will focus on; … Terminology … Tasks … Tools … Techniques … Trends … and “personal accountability” for continual improvement by means of more Training.
